We officially turned one year old today
This year, I dropped out of business school, built a chicken factory from scratch, and founded Impeccable Chicken. It's the hardest thing I've ever done. Here's my story.

I was severely overweight
Growing up, I was overweight, insecure about my body and diet, and chronically uninspired.
I was the ugly duckling.
Life-changing moment
My life changed the day I stumbled upon a pouch of ready-to-eat chicken breast in Taiwan. It packed 23g of protein in just 150 calories, but tasted incredible. I lost 100 pounds in 8 months thanks to this chicken breast and never looked back.

We bet on ourselves without a safety net. No job offers, no savings—just an obsession to make the world's best chicken breast.
The struggle was real
We couldn't hire agencies or staff, so we did everything ourselves: photoshoots, email campaigns, driving forklifts, cold calling customers.
Some wins along the way
We actually did pretty well for ourselves! We won $1,500 at a pitch competition at USC, presented at Sprouts HQ, and achieved 100% month-over-month revenue growth for 4 consecutive months.
What's next?
And now, Shark Tank—the biggest moment of our lives. But honestly? We're just getting started. In the next 10 years, we're going to transform the way America consumes protein forever.
