Shipping Policy

At Impeccable Chicken, we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives fresh, safe, and on time. Please read the details below to understand how we ship your chicken.

Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped Monday–Wednesday to maintain product freshness.
  • Orders placed after Monday will be shipped the following week.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so please pick up as soon as it delivers. 

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via UPS or other trusted carriers.
  • We use insulated liners and cold packs to keep your chicken at safe temperatures in transit.
  • Your order may arrive chilled or partially thawed. This is normal as long as the product is below 40°F when delivered.

Delivery Time

  • All orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
  • Please track your shipment and be available on the delivery day to receive it promptly.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
  • Packages must be collected on the delivery day. If they are left uncollected and spoil, refunds will not be issued.
  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled (over 40°F), or incorrect, please contact us within 8 hours of the UPS delivery timestamp with photos of the product and packaging.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
  • Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time.
