I decided to graduate college early to go on the hardest challenge of my life - to bike 700 miles around Taiwan alone with just a backpack and no training

While on the journey...
I started vlogging every day and showing what I was eating in all of the convenience stores.

The "aha" moment
I came across this packaged chicken and I said "this is so good. This has to be in America."

I get a message
from Melina, saying she wants to build this into a real company in America. So we team up and started building.

We set out for success
And at our first food conference, we failed bad! Nobody wanted to buy our chicken because it looked and tasted bad.

Back to the drawing board
We realized we needed so much more research. So we tested thousands of times optimizing for taste and texture by changing brine percentage, cook time, and cook temperature.

We also focused on branding
We learned so much about design and what it takes to make something pop!

Taking all of these lessons
We started selling out every single week!

More pop-ups
Every few weeks, we have been hosting popups and chicken eating contests with the community.

Now we're expanding
We've improved our production capacity, optimized our flavors, and want to continue making healthy eating tasty and convenient for everyone!
