Refund policy
At Impeccable Chicken, your trust and satisfaction mean everything to us. We take great pride in the quality and safety of our products and want you to feel confident ordering from us. First-Order Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund on your first order. If you’re not 100% satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. (Excludes issues caused by late pickup—e.g., retrieving the package the next day or later—which can affect product quality.)
- Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
- No need to send the product back.
- Refunds cover 60% of the product value to account for restocking, handling, labor, and packaging costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Lost, or Spoiled Shipments
We pack every order with insulated liners and cold packs to maintain safe temperatures. Please note:
- It is safe if your chicken arrives chilled or thawed, as long as it is below 40°F upon delivery.
- If your order arrives above 40°F, is damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 8 hours of the UPS delivery timestamp with photos of the product and packaging. We will replace or refund your order promptly.
- If UPS/third-party carriers lose or delay your shipment beyond safe delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Orders with wrong addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- If packages are not picked up promptly by the next day after delivery and spoil, this is not a valid reason for refund.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered fulfillment, as our chicken is prepared and packed fresh.
- Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled at any time via your customer portal.
