Do I need to cook Impeccable Chicken?

No cooking required — every chicken breast is slow-cooked sous vide, a classic French technique that locks in tenderness and juices. Perfectly seasoned and tender chicken that’s ready to enjoy straight from the pouch. Eat it chilled for a clean, refreshing bite, or warm it up for 30–45 seconds.

How long does the chicken stay good in the refrigerator?

Our vacuum-sealed chicken stays fresh for 30 days in the fridge (below 40°F) when unopened. You can freeze them for up to 12 months.

Is your chicken antibiotic-free?

Yes. We only use chicken that has never been treated with antibiotics — clean, simple, and high-quality protein you can trust.

Is this keto/diet-friendly?

Yes — lean protein, low-calorie, low-carb. Perfect for cutting, weight loss, or busy days.

Where is Impeccable Chicken sourced and made?

We source our chicken from family farms in Georgia and process it in our own USDA-inspected facility in California, where we follow strict food safety and HACCP standards.

How do you keep the chicken cold during shipping?

To get your order to you quickly, we ship from warehouses on both coasts. Each box is packed with insulated liners and gel packs so your chicken stays fresh and under 40°F.

How long does shipping typically take?

Delivery takes 1–3 business days once your order leaves our facility. When it arrives, make sure to pick it up that same day to keep it fresh. We’ll send you a tracking number so you can stay updated.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

We typically ship orders within 3-5 business days. During high-volume periods (after our Shark Tank appearance), shipping may take 7-10 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't shipped yet. For orders already in transit, you can't request to change the address as it will delay the delivery time. Please contact us immediately at contact@impeccablechicken.com with your order number.

My tracking shows my package is lost. What now?

If UPS shows your package as lost, please contact us with your order number and we'll file a claim and ship a replacement order by the following week.

Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

Yes! Log into your account, go to "My Account" → "Subscriptions" → select your subscription → "Skip Next Order" or "Pause Subscription."

I need to cancel my order before it ships. How?

Email contact@impeccablechicken.com with your order number in the subject line. We can cancel orders that haven't entered processing (typically within 24 hours of placement).

What if my order arrives warm?

If it arrives above 40°F or seems unsafe, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

What is your refund/replacement policy?
